Michael L. Johnson has been a Partner at Smith Johnson since 1985 and specializes in estate planning, trusts and probate, and will contests, trusts and probate litigation. Mr. Johnson joined Smith Johnson after practicing law in Omaha, Nebraska and continues to provide legal services from the office in Grand Island, Nebraska to clients of his father’s law firm established in 1946 in Superior, Nebraska.
